RV Rental: 30% deposit of the cost provided in the initial quotation by AE is required within three days after the client confirms the service to ensure the booking of the vehicle.
15 days prior to passenger’s arrival, full payment is required.
Bank transfer or Cash in €.
Transporting additional passengers or load is not allowed and will cancel the insurance protection.
The Hirer shall report immediately any accident.
There is no insurance coverage if an accident (damage, injury, or loss) happens when the vehicle is being used by anyone who is under the influence of any intoxicating substance (drug, alcohol, etc.
All damage caused by off-pavement driving to the tires, shocks, front end, windshield, and tanks/piping/cabling underneath the vehicle and other parts of the unit will be the sole responsibility of the Hirer. Clutch replacement or damage due to client negligence is not covered with any of the insurance option.
BASIC INSURANCE – It is very important to clarify what does it means for you and for us as well. There is an insurance that you get when you book our van and it covers some BASIC things like towing service in the case of malfunction of the van.
ADDITIONAL INSURANCE – It costs 20€ per day and it means that we would take care about all the things that happened due to the malfunction of the van (towing service, reparation…)
Neither do basic or additional insurance covers physical damages that you caused on the van (inside and out). Our insurance would cover possible damage only in the case that crash happened on the main road and the third person is guilty for accident.
In the case of car accident you need to call the police and they will make a record about who is guilty.
Also note that only drivers that signed the contract can drive the van.
SECURITY DEPOSIT (250€) that we ask you for can be paid in cash on the spot while renting a van and It is a guarantee that you will drop off the van in the same condition as you took it. For sure, it means that the van should be without any damages, scratches, broken parts… and It should be clean and without any trash and with full fuel tank. While dropping off the van we will check all the things and if everything is fine you will get your deposit back.
